Capitol Language Services (CLS) founded in 2006 provides a comprehensive, educational and safe environment after-school. The program is held at Saint Paul’s Lutheran Church, across the street from Murch @ 36th Street.  Children board free DCPS buses at dismissal time from Murch @ UDC and are dropped off at Saint Paul’s.  CLS staff members assist the children during the transportation from Murch @ UDC to Murch @ 36th Street.
