The DC Special Education Hub is an initiative through the DC Office of the Ombudsman for Public Education. It is committed to teaching families in the District of Columbia about special education by equipping them with the tools, information, and support they need to make informed decisions to guide their child’s learning.
Their Family Empowerment Series provides opportunities for caregivers to receive information about how best to support their students with disabilities and learn valuable tools as they continue to guide their student’s education. The next training is on Monday, Feb. 13th, from 7-8pm:
