| Brief Description | At Circle Yoga Summer Camp, kids are encouraged to connect to their bodies, their minds, their creativity, and their camp friends. This is a camp where kids can be kids—free from competition, pressure, and strict scheduling. Through yoga and mindfulness-based activities, campers have fun and they learn skills for reducing stress, fully accepting and valuing who they are, and respecting others. Each day of Circle Yoga Summer Camp is full of movement, play, creativity, and self-expression. Campers get to spend time outside and be the active kids they are. They also have time to wind down with mindful practices including yoga, journaling, and relaxation. Because we are completely non-competitive and spend time in small groups, our campers develop friendships and connections that are truly special. |
