PurposeAs per earlier emails, this is simply a pass through. The HSA received $500 from the Community Foundation of Washington to be used for a scholarship for a Murch student to attend language classes. Cinzia Roveta of CLS will provide us a letter showing that the money was used for that purpose.

Operating expenses must be approved by an HSA Co-President. Committee-related expenses (e.g. Auction, Green Scene) must be approved by the committee chair. Resource teacher expenses must be approved by the Principal.
All receipts and/or supporting documents must be uploaded with or attached to this form.
