In these unprecedented times, many in our community are feeling the impact of rising costs and the anticipated reductions in SNAP and WIC funding starting November 1. To ensure that every family in our community has access to the food they need, the Murch Home and School Association (HSA) is organizing a school-wide food drive to provide immediate support.
If you’re able, please consider sending in non-perishable food items with your child this week. Teachers will collect and hold the donations in their classrooms. The food will be distributed next Thursday, November 6, at a time to be determined to any Murch family who could use a little extra support right now.
Distribution will be completely confidential — there are no sign-ups, no requirements, and no questions asked. Every family is welcome. Our goal is simple: to support one another with compassion and care.
Thank you for helping us make sure every member of our community feels supported.
