Bring the whole family for an afternoon of carnival-style games, crafts, delicious treats, a lively marketplace, the ever-popular book sale, and more. The Murch Fall Fair is a beloved tradition that brings our community together for fun and connection.
How You Can Get Involved!
- Volunteer: Each class runs a booth—sign up HERE to help make yours a success!
- Donate: We’re collecting gently used books, puzzles, and board games (complete sets only!) until Friday, October 17. Drop off bagged or boxed items labeled “Fall Fair” beneath the staircase in the main entrance lobby.
- Help Sort: Volunteers are needed on Thursday, October 23 to prepare book sale items. Click HERE to sign up!
- Be a Vendor: Rent a booth in our Marketplace! Past vendors have offered jewelry, quilts, and kids’ programs. Booths are $50—contact Kirsten Metzger-Gilbert for details.
The Fall Fair is run completely by volunteers—thank you for helping bring the magic to life!
We are also seeking Concession Partners—local food vendors who would be a great fit for a carnival-style event. If you or someone you know runs a food business and would like to participate, please contact Rebeca Fiet.
