Capitol Language Services (CLS) SY25-26 Enrollment is Open!
Capitol Language Services (CLS) is excited to announce that enrollment for the 2025-2026 school year is now open
for our:
• Before and After-school Programs
• Art Programs
• Spanish Programs
Enrollment Period: May 16, 2025 through July 31, 2025 for current Murch ES families.
CLS reserves spots for newly enrolled families accepted by the administration of the
school after July 31.
How to Enroll:
• Log in to your existing Procare account
• OR
• Visit your school’s page on the Capitol Language Services website and begin
the enrollment process there.
We’re looking forward to welcoming your child into our programs for the new school
year—enrollment is now open with plenty of opportunities to join!

Alice Deal Presents Beetlejuice Jr. – May 29, 30 & 31

Enrollment begins March 28th for the 2025-2026 school year, and we need your help meeting district benchmarks!
- DC Public Schools requires students to re-enroll each year.
- Families can enroll at https://aspen.dcps.dc/aspen-login/go (this is the preferred/online method via ASPEN). For issues regarding ASPEN, please email MurchESEnroll@k12.dc.gov.
- Families can download enrollment forms at http://enrolldcps.dc.gov/node/76 & enroll in person
- Please attach your proof of residency and any other supporting documents into ASPEN or bring them with you (if enrolling in person).
- If your student will not return to Murch next school year, please notify us via email at MurchESenroll@k12.dc.gov and request a withdrawal form.

Focus Forward Coaching, Learning & Wellness is a new practice located in the heart of Potomac, MD (Potomac Village), but also offers virtual coaching and consulting to clients anywhere in the world. Kristelle Kambanis, Owner & Founder, works with both students and adults who want to fine-tune their executive functioning skills, reduce overwhelm, and create a clear path forward. RISE at Alice Deal Middle School
Attention 5th graders! Did you know about RISE?!
RISE is an opportunity for students to learn about all things Deal and make a strong transition to middle school over the summer. RISE features everything from opening a lock to learning about the school-wide International Baccalaureate programming, including:
- Opportunities to build relationships with teachers, staff, and fellow students,
- Important middle school transition skills (such as keeping organized for multiple classes, checking your grades, and keeping up with assignments),
- Time to engage in fun, engaging team-building activities,
- And more!
RISE weeks are assigned alphabetically by your student’s last name. Please see links below to register. Space at RISE is limited.
- Week 1 (July 7 – 10) – Last Names A – F: Register Here
- Week 2 (July 14 – 17) – Last Names G – N: Register Here
- Week 3 (July 21 – 24) – Last Names O – Z: Register Here
Students must be fully enrolled at Deal to participate in RISE. Enrollment opens on April 1, 2025 and can be completed online (https://enrolldcps.dc.gov) or in-person at Deal. You may complete the registration forms above to reserve your seat, but your student’s participation in RISE will not be confirmed until their SY 25-26 enrollment is complete.
